By creating an account or placing an order on Orbit ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Orbit aggregates third-party social-engagement services and resells them through a unified dashboard. We do not own, control, or operate the underlying social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
You may not use Orbit to harass, defame, impersonate, distribute malware, or violate the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Wallet credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform. Unused credits are refundable to the original payment method for 14 days after top-up.
ETAs are estimates, not guarantees. Follower services include 30-day refill (Premium: lifetime). Failed orders are refunded to your wallet automatically.
You are responsible for the accuracy of links and quantities you submit. We never request your social account passwords — only public links.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. On termination, unused wallet balance is refunded within 7 business days.
Service is provided "as-is". Maximum liability is capped at the amount you have spent with Orbit in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved in Lagos State courts.
